YMCA Personal Training offers personalized, one-on-one sessions with experienced fitness trainers, tailored to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. Our trainers bring diverse backgrounds and expertise, ensuring that we match each member with the right trainer, whether you’re a working professional, new mom, senior, or triathlete.
Your initial session includes a comprehensive review of your health history, lifestyle, and fitness goals.
From there, your personal trainer will provide individualized guidance, accountability, and expert support to help you succeed.
Training sessions are held at the YMCA, both on land and in the water, utilizing a variety of equipment and techniques. Members can purchase sessions individually or in packages of five or ten. You can also choose to share personal training sessions with up to three other members.
