NEW! Self-Defense Classes
Taught by two black belt instructors, these classes teach you to protect yourself. They are open to everyone 16 and up and are ideal for young women heading off to college. Classes are held in June and August.

Take your workout outdoors
When the weather gets warmer, take your workout outdoors with the YMCA.
Once again this summer we will be offering group exercise classes at locations around the county. Classes include yoga, hiking, boot camp and Zumba Under the Stars.
Make sure to download our brochure, which has all the details on class schedules, what to bring and much more. All classes are free for members AND the community (Falls entry fee required for Zumba) - so try a new class and bring a friend! Classes begin in June.
