Gymnasiums
The YMCA has two different sized gyms that provides generous space for extracurricular activities. Various programs are offered on a regular basis along with plenty of open gym time.
Gym Hours
Monday: 5:30am to 9:00pm
Tuesday: 5:30am to 9:00pm
Wednesday: 5:30am to 9:00pm
Thursday: 5:30am to 10:00pm
Friday: 5:30am to 9:00pm
Saturday: 7:00am to 5:00pm
General Rules
- Children under the age of 8 years old must be accompanied by an parent/legal guardian, Children 8 - 12 must have a parent/legal guardian in the building at all times
- YMCA programs have priority when school is out
High School Dodgeball
Dodgeball is a hot sport that’s gaining a major following. It is a great way for teens in grades 9-12 to learn the values of teamwork and friendly competition. The dodgeball season lasts for 6 weeks.
Jr. High Girls Volleyball
The new and improved Jr. High Girls Volleyball program is a great way for young girls to learn volleyball fundamentals while emphasizing fun, fair play and teamwork. The program includes weekly skills clinics and games, both of which are held at the YMCA.
Gymnastics
There is a gymnastics program for every age group and/or skill level. From toddlers to teens, everyone can enjoy the health and wellness that comes from gymnastics.
Parent/Child Tumbling – Ages Walking to 3 years
A program designed to teach toddlers motor skills through music, tumbling and interactive play
Rollers – Ages 3+ years
This program is aimed teaching beginning gymnasts the basic body positions and tumbling skills required in the many different areas of gymnastics
- Introduction to balance beam, uneven bars and the vault included
Swingers
An intermediate program intended for gymnasts looking to improve on basic gymnastic skills and balancing positions
Prerequisite Skills – Basic cartwheel and walk across the beam unassisted
- Back walkovers and handstands will be practiced
- More work on the beam, bars and vault
Kippers
Gymnasts in this advanced program will work on elite gymnastic skills
Prerequisite Skills – Back walk-over, round off dismount from the beam
- Floor handsprings and cartwheels on the beam will be practiced

Rockwall
The YMCA has a fully-sized indoor rockwall for members of all ages to enjoy. Learn basic bouldering and climbing techniques while strengthening your upper body. No experience required.
