School & Scout Rentals

Looking for an inexpensive reward for your class? Want to spend some time teambuilding with your Birthday Parties group. Need to work on a badge, patch or seg- & ment? The YMCA has a great opportunity for you.

What is available?

Pool - $3 per student per hour
Rockwall -  $2 per student per hour (Waiver Required)
Gymnastics -  $2 per student per hour
Art -  $2 per student per hour
Gym Games - $1 per student per hour
Team Building - Priceless!

Transportation is expensive!

Not with the YMCA Blue Bus. We will pick you up and drop you off for only $1 per student.

Overnight Lock-Ins

Great for Project Graduation, After-Prom Par- ties, and Church Youth Groups. The initial fee for an overnight lock-in is $600.

This includes:

• Use of both gyms
• Hurst, and Board Rooms
• Duncan Beaman Lounge
• Racquetball Courts
• Volleyball net available upon request

Additional Activities Pool Usage $200 (11:00pm-1:00am) Rock Wall $100 (11:00pm-1:00am) (Rockwall waiver required)

Lock-Ins are generally available on Fridays and Saturdays from 10:00pm-6:00am.

Birthday Parties

Our Base package includes:

• One hour in the party room
• One activity
• A Party Host

Available Party Times

• Fridays starting at 6:00

• Saturdays starting at 12:00 or 2:00

• Sundays starting at 12:00 or 2:00

You and your guests may arrive 30 minutes prior to your party to set up. This will also allow for you to utilize your full hour of activities.

General Facility Rentals

• Hurst Room   $25 hour
• Board Room   $25 hour
• Climbing Wall    $50 per hour up to 20 people (waiver required)
• Gym    $50 hour
• Pool Rental:    $100 per hour up to 50 people

*An additional $25 will be charged per hour for additional people up to 25. A max of 100 people are allowed in the Large pool and a max of 36 in the Small Pool.

Rental Information Everyone Should Know:

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation we require 7 days notice before the party date. If it is less than 7 days there will be no refund given.

Adult Ratios

There will be YMCA staff with you during your party, however, we do expect for you to provide additional adults to supervise. Please also keep in mind that our swimming policy is that all chil- dren under the age of 8 must have an adult with them in the water. We require at least one adult for every 2 children in the water.

How to Register

To register for a birthday party contact the YMCA. We will help you plan your party and reserve your date. Payment must be made to reserve your party. Because of limited availability parties need to be scheduled at least two weeks prior to your preferred date.

Additional Notes:

The Jackson YMCA is a family organization. All participants, kids and adults alike, are expected to follow the YCMA core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility while using our facility. We reserve the right to remove any member or guest from the building for behavior that is not consistent with our values. Everyone participating in any type of Party or Rental must have a current “Community Mem- bership” information card on file.
